MedicsOnline does not replace emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must contact your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use MedicsOnline.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using MedicsOnline, you agree to:

Any information on the platform that is not part of a consultation is for general informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicsOnline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the platform will be limited to the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MedicsOnline if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that may cause harm to us, healthcare professionals, or other users.
